Joining Doug to talk about the epic battles between Robert Moses and Jane Jacobs and their meaning today is Anthony Flint, the author of “Wrestling With Moses: How Jane Jacobs Took on New York's Master Builder and Transformed the American City.” Mr. Flint is the Director of Public Affairs at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Cambridge Mass think tank, where he writes about urbanism and development. He has been a reporter and columnist for the Boston Globe, a visiting scholar at the Harvard Design School and a policy advisor to Massachusetts state government, among other accomplishments.
